However, over the years, I've come to rely on the advice of the folks at ZDNet. If they've tried something and endorse it, I'll try it; if they say stay away from it, I do. Works for me, and, so far, has kept me out of trouble. This morning, George Ou - the guy who built that all-in-one compact desktop we had on here a few months ago - posted this article which is a dozen free applications that one can add to windows to make your life easier.
