Bob Nelson Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 Hello to all the members of this forum I want some involvement from all of you. What I want is some tips of drain cleaning? Why I am asking to give ideas because my drain cleaner charge huge amount for drain cleaning he comes in every 15 days. As we don’t know the precise time of drain cleaning the drain cleaner takes full advantage of that. So please help if you can.
Scottpat Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 My first question would be ; Why are you having to have your drain line cleaned so often? It sounds like you might need to have your main line replaced if you are having it cleaned as often as you are making it sound.
SonOfSwamp Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 I'd try to help, but I have no idea how "drain cleaning" works in India. WJ
Scottpat Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 I did not even look at Bob's location, I think that answers my question!
Richard Moore Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 I sure hope the drains in India are better organized than some of the electrical connections! Bob, If your drain needs to be cleaned every 15 days, you don't have a drain cleaning problem, you have a problem with the geometry of your drain pipes. Install new drain pipes to meet modern standards and your drains will be fine. - Jim Katen, Oregon

hausdok Posted February 15, 2008 Report Posted February 15, 2008 Strange, what are the odds that someone in Panaji, India and someone in Island Lake, Manitoba have the exact same IP address? Don't bother trying to answer, I've locked this thread. Very un-kewl Mr. Plumber. OT - OF!!! M.
