All signs point to this thing being brand new, but I can't make sense of the nameplate info.

Can't help but think of my first wife - It was a cold dark night and the woman at the bar was from a split residential system. The bartender ask for her Id and measurements. XXXXXXXXXX and XX-XX-XX. She responded "How old am I?" She looked like a new unit. All the signs pointed to her being a new unit. Boy, was he surprised!
