FHP manufacture date

Just came across an air handler manufactured by FHP manufacturing: M#: HE023-1AHX S#: BC066783. Anyone have any idea when it was manufactured?

Florida Heat Pump uses the first letter of the serial number for the year. B is either 1972 or 1995.

I'd guess 1995. The Shuford tape say 95 or 94 in at least three places and would seem to back up an install date of '95.
