Neal Lewis Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 Often I see bay windows retrofitted into an older house. Most of these units sag to some degree and the angled side casement windows bind or don't open, 'cause the window frame is now out of square. Without some support brackets under the window, the sagging is predictable. Is there a fix for this; can the window be supported and the opening re-squared so the casement window can open easily?
