It's interesting that, in your second link at http://www.nkba.com/guidelines/bathroom_13.aspx the drawing shows a distance of 72" from the finished floor to the top of the shower enclosure's top flange, not interior finished surface. - Jim Katen, Oregon

I saw that too, it's driving me nuts not knowing for sure. Oh well, I will figure it out sooner or later-- I think I'll just go golfing and try to forget about it for a while-- it's eating up my weekend.
