Warranty Marketing

I am considering some direct mail marketing to owners of newer homes that are nearing the end of the 2 year builders warranty. Does anybody know how I could get owner names and addresses of homes built within the last 2 years? Any help or ideas are appreciated.

In our state, the tax assesor's office has a great searchable database where you can find all you want about a property, (financially that is).

Don't know if you could pose a query that would isolate properties sold in last 2 years.

Check your state assesor's web site.
