Bain Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 No big deal, Mike. The attorney of the owner of the document mailed it to me as potential evidence in a lawsuit, so I think I have a right to solicit professional opinions regarding its merits. But you're right, no sense in taking chances. John

John I don't disagree with you there, but I think it's just as easy to shoot it to anyone who is interested in seeing it as an attachment to a private email. OT - OF!!! M.
Jack Ahern Posted August 21, 2007 Report Posted August 21, 2007 This inspector boy works for his client-usually the buyer. I e-mail and/or snail mail one(1) copy of the report for the clients eyes only. If he or she decides to publish it, that's his or her decision. My reports can be defended. [:-banghea
