Les Posted July 22, 2007 Report Posted July 22, 2007 John, You have been a good participant in the forum and brought a little "freshness" to the discussion. But, I know you are making a large mistake with the inspection agreement decision. Sure, take the exam. get some cards, etc - but do NOT leave home without an inspection agreement that your atty has crafted. Scott and Randy are correct that when you get into trouble, and you will, the atty that drafted the agreement is the one that can best defend it. I think the inspection agreement is the most important thing in your tool bag. I would inspect without insurance before I inspected with a poor agreement. It is my experience the inspector that does not have a clear understanding with his client, is the same one I see in court.
John Dirks Jr Posted July 23, 2007 Author Report Posted July 23, 2007 Im glad to see you give a damn Les. I know you do or you would not have spent the time responding to my babblings. I promise will pay you the respect of giving your suggestions serious thought.
