House Flippin'

In case anyone is interested, Richard Davis and Trademark Properties, the folks that used to be featured on A & E's program Flip That House have moved to TLC (The Learning Channel). The name of their new program is The Real Estate Pros and will be on tonight.

At 7:00pm there will be a repeat episode immediately followed by a new episode. Apparently, this is going to deal with a POS house that is seriously infested with rats as well as an addicted tenant who doesn't pay rent.

I'm guessing that it will look like some of the "investment" properties I've had the displeasure of inspecting for some house flippers.
