balcony question

When I noticed these wedges was wondering if this is done for any reason other than as a temporary way to level the deck during installation.

Squinted to see the little pic, but you guessed it. They (wedges) had better be superfluous at this point. I would guess it's a nice deck since they did take care to level it.

You may be right about the wedges being temporary, but I'll bet you fifty cents that if you check back in a year from now they will still be there or laying on the ground below.

Maybe I'm wrong, let me know.

Thanks ..just wanted to make sure I was not missing clues to a problem,and the outside so far looks more than adequate up to the weep holes in the parpet.Sorry about the size as I always seem to have problems with the sites which do not resize automatically.
