This bath floorplan was in two separate rustic cabins built about ten years ago inspected today, by the way the "shower stall" is to the left of the sink. I believe that this crackpot layout is clear evidence that in no way could this have been passed by a plumbing inspector in the State of Colorado. Any opinions? Ed

I don't know anything about the requirements of Colorado. The only thing I can tell from the picture is that the lav lacks the required 21" clearance in front of it per the IRC.
