mridgeelk Posted May 5, 2007 Report Posted May 5, 2007 This bath floorplan was in two separate rustic cabins built about ten years ago inspected today, by the way the "shower stall" is to the left of the sink. I believe that this crackpot layout is clear evidence that in no way could this have been passed by a plumbing inspector in the State of Colorado. Any opinions? Ed I don't know anything about the requirements of Colorado. The only thing I can tell from the picture is that the lav lacks the required 21" clearance in front of it per the IRC. - Jim Katen, Oregon
