I keep my toshiba laptop tethered to a 27 inch LCD TV screen and 1024x768 where the new look fills out perfect with colors very relaxing but sharp.Perfect for the Irish.The slate tone is just what the green needs.

I'm back to my LCD now, and the colors are pretty nice, so my problem is in the other monitor. The slate grey, as somebody else called it, is pretty sharp with the greens, and the layout is pragmatic and easy. Looks good. Thanks to our hosts.

OK, I'm a color snob; as a painter, I delight in color analysis. The green isn't horrible, but......

The functionality is nicely improved; that's what counts.

The dark colors are a bit distracting and 'heavy'. Somehow I find myself laboring through the screen trying to find what I need.

Fortunately, at least, everything is in pretty much the same location.

Hi,

I called the head gnome about the sss hhh thing. Apparently, those were tags he put in place to help with the programming. Don't see them this morning, so I guess he finished whatever he was working on.
