swolsen Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 I found it at https://www.inspectorsjournal.com/forum ... all%29.jpg
Chad Fabry Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 Sorry for being obtuse... the roof design is silly
Les Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 Obviously it was designed for snow loads, lots of snow loads. Or a water park slide by a skilled homeowner!
hausdok Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 Hi, We get condominium row houses with those roof designs here. They typically line the valley with a single sheet of torchdown and put a little short gutter with a downspout at either end. Nothing but one long gutter from end to end. They get full of all kinds of tree crap and leaves. Silly is appropriate. OT - OF!!! M.
zeb Posted March 8, 2007 Author Report Posted March 8, 2007 talked to the buyer today and they are not concerned about the roof system even though we do get snow. Isn't that amazing,,,The next thing you will here about is an attic access panel hitting someone in the head.LOL. Thanks Swolsen for the help.
