I wonder what kind of bargaining and negotiating went down when Kit Anstey bought his house. I bet he Weaseled some nice old couple out of a few thousand dollars.

I would like to see somebody try to get a little something for a roof that's guaranteed for 25 years and the shingles start to crack or curl in 15 years.
