kurt Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 Can anyone hear teeth grinding?...... It's not often we are confronted w/this much misinformation in a single article.
Scottpat Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 Anyone drafting a rebuttal? This could prove to be entertaining.
zeb Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 Kit Anstey, associate broker at Prudential Fox & Roach's West Chester office should try to sale a house that is not a piece of shit.
fqp25 Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 I wonder what kind of bargaining and negotiating went down when Kit Anstey bought his house. I bet he Weaseled some nice old couple out of a few thousand dollars. I would like to see somebody try to get a little something for a roof that's guaranteed for 25 years and the shingles start to crack or curl in 15 years. "...and Anstey, and others argue that, in most cases replacement isn't necessary." I guess they teach Roofing 101 in Penn realtor's seminars.
