My thoughts.

Is any of this really that hard. Can we no longer think? $130sf! I hate to say it but as a whole the builder did a better job than most.

It always amazes me that some will go through extraordinary measures to make it wrong. Not to mention it's flat out ugly.

Are those real stones held by mortar or adhesive? Or is it a one-piece plastic faux-stone arch? If real stone I'd call it a safety hazard. It's ugly no matter what it is made from.

As a whole this builder did a much better job than most in our area. The stone work (we see little here) is where he fell flat on his face.
