hausdok Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 As they prepare for the pilot compulsory home information packs (HIPS) program, that is set to kick off in the U.K. in November, SAVA, one of several new home inspector organizations in Britain, has confirmed that it will implement the countryââ¬â¢s first certification scheme for home inspectors and energy assessors in time to certify inspectors to government standards before the pilot program begins.
