It's hard to sell a home inspection business. Paul had and a well established business in Austin, TX and I don't think he ever had any takers.

You really don't have much to sell with a HI business. Maybe the phone number is it has been around for awhile or the Internet address if it pulls up good in the searches. This is why when US Inspect buys out a company they want the person to stay around for a few years.
