hausdok Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 Hi All, A few months ago we were talking about how in-city housing was becoming so congested and the proliferation new multi-family complexes going up on what used to be single-family home lots. Here are some pictures of some houses going up on what used to be two lots with single-family homes of about 1500 sf each on them. There will be a total of 10 homes on these two lots when this is done! How's this for neighborly? It's quite a project to get one's car into the garage of these, let me tell you. paul burrell Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 Can't beat it. Nothing like being able to shake hands and have a little conversation with your neighbor from your upstairs bedroom before you shower and breakfast.
kurt Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 Another test in relativity..... That'd be considered mildly spacious for some of the neighborhoods I work in. At least they have garages. I look @ a lot of places that don't even have parking. (Parking is another $35,000-50,000.)
