Great Newsletter

If anyone's interested, there's a great newsletter out there called the Monday Morning Messenger. It's published by Michael Leavitt, a home inspector in Orem, Utah. He's smart & funny and genuinely one of the nicest people in the business. His newsletter is interesting and informative - I learn something useful from every issue - but most of all it's upbeat. It rarely fails to put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
