Speaking of the "Best Damned Inspector"

My Older brother is looking for a home in the K.C. area, and I'd like to reccommend someone really great.

He's already walked away from a house that "inspected bad".

I saw a copy of the report, and I was turned off by it's format.

It was a full narrative, which isn't necessarily bad, but it had soooo much "fill" mixed into it that it was really hard to distinguish the fill from the content!

I would prefer quality and of course, a thorough report, but, I do not think that a "thick report" guarentees either.
