kurt Posted April 10, 2006 Report Posted April 10, 2006 Yesterday was Opening Day for me & my sailing buddy Gerry. 40degF water, 52degF air temps, nice 12 knot S'Easterly, small 12 inch chop, no shorebreak. Rigged my 10m sail & rode the wide board (planes quicker). Launched around 1pm, sailed 'til 3. Had to stop 'cuz the wind died, which is a good thing as I couldn't feel my fingertips anymore. This morning? Ouch. The bod is feeling it's years this morning......
mgbinspect Posted April 11, 2006 Report Posted April 11, 2006 I've been working out like crazy for about 45 days getting ready for another season of mountain biking and kayaking. Man! That's some cold water, Kurt. You're a brave soul. I take it you were wearing more than a spring suit...
