hausdok Posted August 18 Report Posted August 18 I've seen this stuff advertised. Some Ohio inspector who claims to do more than 4,000 inspections a year (😂) is endorsing the stuff. It looks to me like it's probably a clear acrylic with a solvent base that, once sprayed on, soaks into asphalt and softens it and then the acrylic coating acts as a sealer and prevents the surface from sloughing off. Anyone had experience with this stuff being used on houses for sale? ONE TEAM - ONE FIGHT!!! Mike
