Houston or Surrounding Area Inspector Needed

I'm looking for either a Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC Licensed) or P.E. in the Houston area. Must know how to write narrative reports that are easy to read and understand (no check list).

An ICC certification and experience inspecting new residential construction would be a plus.

Pay is based on experience.

Must have your own computer and tools plus a dependable late model vehicle.
