Rachel Anderson Posted May 3, 2022 Report Posted May 3, 2022 Hello – my company released a new texting service (deleted) and I was hoping to learn from some of the pros in this forum about if and how they use texting for their home inspection business. We had a few home inspectors reach our sales team last week so trying to understand the industry's needs. Do you have an assistant or partner that should share your phone number/messages? Do you exchange photos with clients? Do you ever send reminders for scheduled appointments? If you don't text, what forms of communication do you use? Thanks!

In our company we send out automated texts via our scheduling app (Acuity) You mean to validate who we/they are? If so, nope. Absolutely we do! Texting is great, but if we couldn't use that for some reason we'd use email. Hope this helps! 1

About the photos, I was thinking along the lines of sending inspection photos – does that ever happen over text?
