How would they even know what equipment is there? In my State they never even look at the house. Who tells them?

This states "FPE" as a blanket statement as being bad. What about the commercial series - or all FPE which are not Stab-Lok?

I write stab-locks and FPE panels with red on the breakers. I'm not so quick to write off everything else that's FPE, even though they're old.
