kurt Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 I'm looking for an article that was published in the last year about the percentage of new homes issued a CO that had code violations. The thrust of the article was that surprising; over 80% of new homes that had a CO had violations. Point being, the CO is no guarantee that things were done right.
