RSS Feeds on Website

Anyone try putting an RSS feed on there web site. I could use some information on how and where. I was interested in adding to mine one that scrolled real estate or mortgage news. This is a little new to me. I was hoping to find a free service. A link to a web site with coding information would be good as a starting point.
