Year of manufacture?

The 1991 at the bottom of plate doesn't coincide with anything else? When was house built?

1991 is the date of the ANSI standard. 

I'm inclined to think 1993 as well.

Home was built in 1943. I wrote it up as being approximately 24 years old. I don't see very many floor furnaces, but this one still worked. Thanks.
