Houstonbrick
Does a home warranty policy coverage sagging garage lintel.? We are masonry repair company in Houston. Several communities are experiencing brick cracks above garage. Many times the repair is extensive. We charge anywhere between 4,500 to 5,600 to replace. Can the insurance company pick up the tab.? Marc
A four year old copy of a Choice Home Warranty in my possession does not cover any type of exterior wall finish. Marc
Jim Baird
...sagging lintel at garage opening is structural, not wall cladding. I see lots of double-wide garage/carports, especially on hip roof ranches, where the header deflects a lot.
kurt
You're asking an insurance and legal question, not a home inspection related question. And you're dropping links, which have been removed. Hang around and contribute if you'd like.
