I thought that one might have looked like a sump pit, but the other pictures that show the larger hole seems a bit deep and irregular shape. Do you think it could have been a sump pit and fallen apart over time? Thanks
carol palmer Posted August 29, 2016 Report Posted August 29, 2016 It is partly beacuse the water table is often too high. The best fix is add about one square foot of net free crawlspace vent area for wvwry 150 sq.ft of crawlspace are(if no plastic is laid on ground)
