Zinsco Question

Up in the third floor condo, the electrical panelboard was OK (new Square-D).

Down in the basement, all of the main disconnects were 100-amp Zinsco's (about 40 of 'em).

How would you report this?

Unless they were the straight aluminum buss bars with typical breakers, It would not make my report. Got any pictures? I could be wrong but they may have made other types of panels that were not afflicted with the Zinsco panel problems.
