The tub or the switch. Beats the hell outta me but one of them should be moved.

Even the closed shower curtain didn't fully cover the switch.

Id say it would be easier to move the switch myself.

In Canada the switch must be 3 feet away from the edge of the tub. In that situation with the tub by the door, we put the switches out in the hall. It seems inconvenient but people just get used to it.
