Have you seen this before? Home is about 2 yrs old. Where the concrete tile meets the rolled roofing material at the flat patio roof, the membrane is exposed. The grey areas in the photo are the fasteners.

What is your take on this? The rolled roofing material does extend beneath the paper but the paper is subject to the deteriorating effects of the desert sun.

It is hard to tell in the photo but it also looks like there are some exposed nails through the roll roofing.

I would advise my client to expect leakage in this area.
