Marc Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Could be a shock hazard but it could be just a little capacitive coupling too, which is unlikely to shock enough to feel anything. Them sniffers are so sensitive, they can mislead. Carry a squiggy alongside the sniffer. Marc
Chad Fabry Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Never mind the stray voltage, who would install the sink off set below the fixture and the window? That's unacceptable.

Denray Posted January 15, 2016 Author Report Posted January 15, 2016 DW was left of sink. It's a small rental unit on the side of an old vicky. Click to Enlarge 40.26 KB

mjr6550 Posted January 16, 2016 Report Posted January 16, 2016 If it lights up with the wall switch off (I'm not sure if you meant that) then likely switch is on the neutral conductor.
