The codes people where these photos were taken told the home owner just that!

With that said the window companys,stucco contractors,home owners,and the insurance companys do not stand a chance!

And the carpenters caused the damage!

How do the private inspectors not get caught up in the mess?

Codes tend to apply more to life safety issues. That debacle would fall under construction standards.
