I have a client/friend/atty here in Mich that has a sister that needs some help with moisture in her apartment in Hollywood, Ca. I don't know this person personally, but she comes from a good family. I told her sister I would ask around on the boards tonite and see if I could come up with someone "special". No, Brian it is too far for you to travel!

Learned a little more info: small rental house in the Silver Lake area that has moldy basement. I need a reliable inspector to assess the situation as a referral.
