Code Check assumes that 60 degree cable might be used but your cable is type USE which is rated at 75 degrees. #1 USE is good for 100 amps and USE-1 (90 degree rating) is good for 115 amps on subs.

60 degree cable (Types TW or UF), size #1 would only be good for 85 amps.

you can only use the 90 degree rating if the conductor terminates in a 90 degree terminal. You would be hard pressed to find a circuit breaker with anything other than a 75 degree rated terminals
