Other conductors back fed in SEC conduit

I feel I have asked this before but can't remember the answer. Is it OK to run wires back through the SEC conduit and through the meter box?

230.7 Conductors other than service conductors shall not be installed in the same service raceway or service cable.

There are two exceptions: Grounding/bonding conductors and load management control conductors having overcurrent protection.
