mjr6550 Posted June 12, 2015 Report Posted June 12, 2015 3 boilers, 16 heating zones, 8 central ACs, and a very big roof. And more bathrooms and appliances than I could count. The roof was replaced 1 year ago. I asked the owner (my client) is he minded telling me how much it cost for tear-off and replacement-$60,000. He has another quote from a good roofing contractor whose prices are often about twice other good contractors. Their quote was $110,000. Click to Enlarge 62.86 KB Click to Enlarge 43.63 KB
