Volley6man Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 My recirc pump just crapped out on me. Figures, it's the coldest it's been in 21 years and it dies. Thank God for a little natural circulation in the system and a fireplace but how much would a new pump cost, what size motor is it usually? I just hate paying an arm and a leg for something that's not too expensive because the installer is trying to make a huge profit on markup. Thanks!
Scottpat Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 Google is a wonderful tool!http://www.lowes.com/pd_178164-61002-VR68902_0__?productId=3572518 As for the size, I guess you would need to match what is on the unit right now or get your model number and look it up.
Volley6man Posted February 20, 2015 Author Report Posted February 20, 2015 Thanks Scottpat. I did find some after I posted by googling around a bit but if Lowe's carries them, that's even better. Now I just need to get back up in the attic to see if mine is flanged or sweated onto the pipes. If it's flanged, I'll do it myself but if not Thanks again.
