My recirc pump just crapped out on me. Figures, it's the coldest it's been in 21 years and it dies. Thank God for a little natural circulation in the system and a fireplace but how much would a new pump cost, what size motor is it usually? I just hate paying an arm and a leg for something that's not too expensive because the installer is trying to make a huge profit on markup.

Thanks!

Google is a wonderful tool!http://www.lowes.com/pd_178164-61002-VR68902_0__?productId=3572518

As for the size, I guess you would need to match what is on the unit right now or get your model number and look it up.

Thanks Scottpat. I did find some after I posted by googling around a bit but if Lowe's carries them, that's even better. Now I just need to get back up in the attic to see if mine is flanged or sweated onto the pipes. If it's flanged, I'll do it myself but if not :(

Thanks again.
