Indoor Pool Inspection

I would like to direct my client to someone who can inspect not just a swimming pool, but an indoor swimming pool which will require appropriate ventilation I assume.

Can anybody in the Chicago area recommend someone or where to search for such a person?

I once inspected a vacant home with an indoor pool and it had serious mold and moisture issues in the pool area.

Yes, you will still want to check whatever structure is above for damage from moisture.

Pull up the BSC study of how to finish indoor pools. I guarantee it isn't how this pool is done.

After that, I don't know any pool guy that understands building science. They all recommend these cheesey little 500cfm fans for indoor pools, no matter how large the pool.

Might take two professionals for that, one familiar with ansi/nspi-5 and the other a crack refrigeration contractor.
