kurt Posted January 20, 2014 Report Posted January 20, 2014 Yellow room, definitely. Radiator, not bad. Stove, eh. For some reason, that old steam stub at the lower right hand corner (yellow room) throws it off for me. It's a fly in the ointment of an otherwise interesting composition.

For some reason, that old steam stub at the lower right hand corner (yellow room) throws it off for me. It's a fly in the ointment of an otherwise interesting composition. maybe. I caught it right away and thought it carried the angles beyond boring. Brickwork was the depth and pipe kinda an anchor for the eye.
kurt Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 Either way, it's an interesting composition. The window in the background brings a great recursive element to it. It's not hard to ignore the pipe, but it takes away (for me) from the window element and the angles, which is what I like about the comp.

Mike Lamb Posted January 21, 2014 Author Report Posted January 21, 2014 Thanks for your remarks. I took another pic in this building of a ceiling fan in a closet. I've never seen a ceiling fan in a closet before. Click to Enlarge 26.84 KB
