Perimeter foundation crack

Every 5 ft or so on this foundation which is perpendicular to the hill side has a crack like this that is wider at the top. There are about 4 total. Is it a problem? No displacement.

Wouldn't warrant much more than a passing comment here. Don't know about your neck of the woods.

Unless there's more to it than that, no. Just mention it so the client will know you didn't miss it. Cracks in foundations makes a lot of uninformed folks jump.

Yep, I mentioned it along with no displacement.

shrinkage..hairline.. not an issue.. (unless water were to enter..)
