I see a stairway but no handrail.

In Chicago, the market got caught by surprise. According to some REAs I know, buyers finally showed up this year but the inventory wasn't there to meet demand. Next Spring there will be buyers and alot more sellers. 2014 should be awesome. Here's hoping.
