Richard Moore Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Today's flip had a brand new Samsung gas range. The oven control panel had an "Easy Bake" section with seemingly odd choices: Pizza, Proof (for bread) and...really? Click to Enlarge 37 KB
Robert Jones Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 That just made me laugh out loud...
Jim Katen Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 I imagine the demographic that proofs its own bread dough is not the same demographic that heats up frozen chicken nuggets.
rkenney Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 "Easy Bake" section That's the part that just heats stuff up with a light bulb. My sister had one of them, don't eat anything that comes out of that![:-monkeyd
Jim Baird Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 LOL. The next model will likely have a twinkies setting.
Tom Raymond Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 I imagine the demographic that proofs its own bread dough is not the same demographic that heats up frozen chicken nuggets. My wife and I both cook, and we have a toddler in the house. We have in fact proofed bread and heated chicken nuggets on the same day. We're not the target market though, I won't be giving up my 1946 Roper for a push button stove any time soon.
Jim Baird Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 got a bigger size of that pic to share?...I think it speaks volumes re certain topics of discussion.
John Kogel Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 I seen them nuggets layin around in the barnyard. Didn't know you can bake em. []
allseason Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 LOL. The next model will likely have a twinkies setting. Twinkies go in the fryer.
Tom Raymond Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 LOL. The next model will likely have a twinkies setting. Twinkies go in the fryer. Or on the grille. My daughter loves them warmed on the grille with a little Nutella on top.
mlparham Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 LOL. The next model will likely have a twinkies setting. Twinkies go in the fryer. Or on the grille. My daughter loves them warmed on the grille with a little Nutella on top. My lovely wife loves Nutella. A little toasted whole wheat bread and some smear and she is ready for the day.
Tom Raymond Posted September 27, 2013 Report Posted September 27, 2013 Probably a better breakfast than grilled twinkies.
