Inspection tools

I am new to the inspection business and am needing some advice on what tools / meters would be a must to start and which ones I could hold off on for a while.

I have many of the needed items but when trying to figure out what I must have now I'm suffering from information overload !!

Any advice is appreciated !!

small rechargeable power screwdriver for removing electrical panel covers

voltage sniffer

Moisture meter

set of screwdriver bits and small sockets

assortment of screwdrivers

4 & 1 foot levels

binoculars

utility knife

full face mask

coveralls for crawlspaces

knee pads

work gloves (roofs are hot in the summer)

rags for wiping up water

rubber boots for when it is new construction and the yard is all mud
