What is wrong with this sub-panel

I believe the ground needs to have its own bar that this not bonded. Let me know what you think.

The NEC requires the neutral to be isolated from the equipment grounding conductors. This isn't a new requirement, it predates the installation of that panel.

This isn't a matter of what anyone "thinks" its a simple fact.
