Thanks Scott. It looks like Southaven is almost a suburb of Memphis. Does Mississippi have a licensing requirement?

Yes, MS requires a HI license. It was the 4th state to license HI back in 2000. If Paul does not workout, I could get to it Tuesday the 28th. I'm booked till then. I will need to tack on $300 to the inspection fee for travel.
