You can have a feeder circuit/sub-panel serving both condensers but you need a separate branch breaker for each condenser in order to satisfy nameplate specs. The manufacturer assumes one circuit serves one condenser. Wiring it otherwise would violates those specs.

If that's a disconnect in the photo and it serves both units, something's wrong otherwise the breaker couldn't maintain the combined currents of both units.
